Really happy with the experience with HB Foster. From the initial quote, to the design, to the install; they were great to deal with. Daniel was great, thoughtful and incredibly trustworthy. I did a similar install in another house and my experience from HB Foster was so much better than that experience. Highly recommend. Not sure if you can ask for Daniel, but you should. He went above and beyond.

We've always had a wonderful experience with H.B. Foster. Anytime we've had an emergency issue with our furnace, they've been able to resolve it quickly and successfully. They also shepherded us through an entire furnace upgrade and the appropriate MA incentives and home loan process, which wasn't easy!

HB Foster Mechanical Inc. did an excellent job installing two Mitsubishi heat pumps in a mini-split system and a dehumidifier. I couldn't be happier with their work. Our cabin has an unusual structure and floor plan, with lots of glass on the 1st floor, so HB Foster got creative with where to place the indoor heads. By running the lines through a closet, they installed the 1st floor 18,000 BTU head in the perfect place, in a central location on an internal wall. It looks great! The spot they chose is out of the way yet perfect for efficiency throughout the open-plan first floor. Same with the 12,000 BTU indoor head in the finished basement: An ideal spot. HB Foster installed Mini Splits for me. It was fantastic transaction and very successful for me. They were professional, and economical.
