Shimon and his team came in to look at my house that needed a kitchen upgrade, as well as rebuilding and increasing the size of the deck in our back yard. The moment Shimon first came for an estimate, he was actually listening to our needs and wants, offered options we loved in response, and communicated extremely well from start to finish of the project as a whole. That was impressive, as other contractors were just not like that unfortunately. Rotches Construction - clean, precise, and attention to details are a must for us, and they were able to deliver all of that in a timely manner! Thank you for the amazing quality work, we highly recommend them for a peace of mined in such important projects - a big decision made easy!!!

I called to get an estimate. I was told the fee was $350.00. When I mentioned I could not afford that, Shimon proceeded to tell me how many big jobs he does ... and then hung up. Unprofessional.
