Their team was punctual (which is impressive considering I live over an hour away from their company), professional, and took the time to explain the entire process while making sure everything was done with true precision and care. They also did an excellent job keeping the workspace clean throughout the project and they left it very clean. The finished insulation looks incredibly clean and uniform, and the difference in temperature control and sound reduction was noticeable right away. Foster Insulation was going to arrive here 8-9am & take about 2 hrs to add insulation into the house attic, BUT they were here about 15 min before 8 and were done within a half hr, including a thorough clean up. Call foster insulation for all of your insulation needs! They are amazing!!!! The owner is absolutely incredible. He told me they would take care of me and that’s exactly what he did! Our entire bathroom and master closet was not insulated, which is a huge problem living in Arkansas where it’s cold. He brought his crew it and fixed it so fast! This company is super professional and efficient!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not be calling anyone else for any insulation needs. I will tell everyone I know to call Kolby at this company. For some reason they were driving in Oklahoma and whoever was driving their company truck was driving completely recklessly. The driver proceeded to flip me off after cutting me off in traffic while nearly clipping the front of my vehicle. I definitely would not recommend anyone use this business.
