I came here with a co-worker to get some items that we needed for a project at my work. I don't come here a lot but when I do the service is always fast and friendly and the prices are comprable to any other building supply place in Grand Rapids.

Horrible customer service and manager doesnt care they never shipped product to there customer tells me its there fault but I can't get product for a week ??? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GONE...
