From beginning to end, these folks were great to have redo our crawlspace. The inspection and estimate stage with Mike was transparent and allowed us to choose the best option for our specific situation. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. When it came to installation, Jason was fantastic. He was very easy to talk to and always kept us apprised of the progress, even flagging an item that didn’t end up needing to be fixed once they got in there - resulting in a reduction in contract price. Jason and the team were great at building trust and delivering on time. Jason went above and beyond by helping us get rid of trash left behind from the prior homeowner and saved me a trip to the dump. Hitz and Michael were great! Their supervisor was also great! They were always nice, communicative, timely, effective, and efficient in their work. From the first day of getting the estimate until the end of the project Hitz Michael and his crew were incredible. Always an advance call before the day began to the neatness of their work plus leaving the it totally clean after each day completed they did fantastic work. Hitz explained all that was done during the day and what would be done the next day. The whole crew was so friendly and engaging. I can’t say enough good things about Foundation Doctors. If there were more than a five star rating possible I would give that to them as well. The electrical contractor used for the electrical work was excellent as well.
