As you can see in the first photo, one corner of our detached garage was slowly settling over 45 years, probably due to soft soil. We received quotes from a few reputable and recommended companies. I found FSCF from the Better Business Bureau. All the companies said the same thing that it needed piers installed. We chose Foundation Services of Central FL, and would certainly use them again. Hopefully we won’t need to. Justin their rep. that came out was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything well and was not a high pressured salesman. He knows the business well because he's done it himself for many years. He may still do some managing on their jobs on site. Justin our primary contact was extremely responsive, patient with questions and actually picked up the phone when I called (out of state number). He was very informative and professional. The guys on the site were respectful and efficient and hard working. We were very grateful that they could bump up our scheduled date earlier so we could get our house back on the market. Highly recommend!

The reason I came back to FL was because my HOA president said this foundation company is finishing up. The fact they were able to get it done under a month and they have lifetime guarantee! They were very helpful and the workers were down to earth people. Especially Frank and Angel. Justin has a good crew! The job they did was incredible. It's as if the ground floors haven't dropped at all. Definitely people I would go to if you have foundational issues.

I cannot quite express how grateful we are for Justin coming to our home today. We wanted another estimate/evaluation as we had Alpha come out last week and basically tell us our house was falling down and it would cost over $40k to repair it. We were devastated and shocked that our house needed so much work. My husband called Foundation Services on Friday and they said they could come Tuesday afternoon. Justin was running late from another appt and called to check in and again when he was on his way. He was very communicative and still made it even though it was close to 5:00. SDii Global LLC Foundation Services did a great job with the sinkhole project on my property. From the beginning with project manager, Vickie Bissell, and the crew working at the site for many weeks, they were very professional, cognizant of my concerns, answered questions and respected my property. Upon completion, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up. The house was washed, the land was raked and stones were filled in where necessary.
