We have a low lying crawl space basement that takes water in occasionally when the ground water level gets high. Ray was honest and professional in evaluating what the best course of action would be. He recommended a sump pump and connected our existing dehumidifier to it. He did not try to up-sell us or convince us to do unnecessary work. He was prompt and communicated well throughout the process. Most importantly, he did good work under tough conditions (cold weather and cramped, dark space).. Foundation Solutions was so great to work with. We had a crack by the bulkhead letting water in and we were able to get a quote from Ray the next day. He was able to quickly come fix the issue for us and did an amazing job. We had another company fix a crack and they left foam on the ground and overall work looked sloppy. Ray’s work is impeccable and super clean looking. He was extremely responsive and communicated clearly. Also, our dog loved him, which is always a plus in our book!
