One of the ceilings in my home sustained water damage from a roof leak. Ken Lockhart came highly recommended by a carpenter in our area. I was under a time constraint to get the job done and although Ken was very busy, he came quickly to look at the job. He was very personable and professional, and he provided a very fair price estimate. The job was completed before my deadline. Ken’s worker (Fred) was an absolute delight. We recently had the pleasure of hiring Ken Lockhart and his crew to replace our popcorn ceilings with sheet rock. Being a clean freak, I was a bit skeptical because he told me it was going to be similar to living in a construction zone. My husband and I work full time so I thought, how bad can it be? He sent 2 guys the first day and they hung all the sheet rock in the same day. Then came in Ken V. & Allan for the next 8 business days.
