Four Seasons Pool

I can’t say enough great things about the experience that I had with Four Seasons! I’ve been stressed about getting our in-ground pool liner replaced for the last 2 years and have talked to several companies that made it seem like rocket science. Not Four Seasons! I walked in and Nikoa helped me select a liner and walked me through their process in less than 30 minutes. My liner was perfectly ordered, timely and it’s gorgeous! We had a crack in the skimmer. Jesse came out and educated me on how they would fix it and made sure I understood and we agreed on a plan. The next week, Justin and Cody arrived on the scheduled day and dug up the skimmer, replaced it and came back the next day to change out the liner. It’s gorgeous!!! I have been always shopping at four seasons pool and spa to buy my chemicals for my exterior cleaning company. I have never really got great customer service. It's always been very subpar the employees, the owners, the managers all think their time is worth more than their customers time This morning. I pulled up at 9 o'clock and called. I said somebody would be right out, and 15 minutes later, I called again and told the young lady to answer the phone that they should really take their customers time into consideration, and the owner came outside, started cussing and told me to leave and get off of their property. She doesn't owe me anything I believe Four seasons, pool and spa has terrible management terrible ownership and terrible customer service if I was going to buy something for my

Ordered a solar pool cover on line. When the cover showed up not noticing the size. I open the box and layed the cover out on the grass to find I ordered the wrong size. Tried to return it they said due to the fact it was opened they wouldn’t let me return it. Note there shipping label was over the size on the box. Lori told me to sell it on market place. So I’d give them a lower star. What a joke of a place. SO DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS.

Opened a pool this summer and hired Four Seasons to close the pool. On the day of the closing, was home and met the crew, all professional and since they knew I hadn't had a closing before, they explained what they were doing and ran me through their work when it was complete. Was very impressed. Owner Jeanie and her "fixer" Jesse came out a few weeks later to review a different issue from the build and offered great advice. She is very hands on as an owner and was personally interested in resolving my problem. Jesse is the guru who seems to have every answer for any problem. So glad to have found this company. Very happy.
