Four Seasons Sunrooms

My Four Seasons Greenhouse was totally restored with new glass panels and door which made my home looked magnificent. I am very happy with Four Seasons Company. Especially, John and all his excellent mechanics who were very nice, respectful and professional.

Below is a review of a franchise in London, Ontario. I have been dealing with leaks for almost a decade as a result of either a substandard product or installation. Aside from being asked to remove my review, no assistance has been provided to date. "I have been sitting on this for over a year now, and feel so ripped off by this company that I finally decided to review it. We sat down with Matt the sales man at the time who was full of promises and assurances that this company would deliver a beautiful sunroom better than the one we were replacing, what was delivered at a pretty penny is more like a backyard greenhouse. How we arrived at this is versus what we were expecting is that they have the customer sign off on technical drawing like the average consumer knows how to read them,

We are so happy with our sunroom. We saw exactly what we had envisioned in Four Season's showroom and now we spend so much of our day enjoying time lounging in it. So are our house plants. We have no issues with the finish product nor with the quality of installation. Their contractor's workers did a great job and never left without cleaning up each day. We're so glad we upgraded it by having them install the wood panel ceiling with the recessed lighting system and the shingle roof that matches our home. Four Seasons does have communication issues, We found we had to call them for updates and time frames. We felt they needed to keep us "in the loop" and more informed.

The transformation from basic old broken down outside open deck to a semi enclosed (electronic controllable screens) with a roof, skylights and screened door has been remarkable. The installers were very good, cordial and hard working. They cleaned up and discarded all debris when they were done on a daily basis. We are extremely pleased and have received compliments from the neighbors and friends. Four Seasons from the sales staff to the customer service and financial people were easy to deal with and quickly responsive. We would use Four Seasons again and highly recommend them.

Four Seasons did a great job building our new Sunroom, which was completed this week. They were very professional, experienced, efficient, and pleasant. Sales rep, Office staff, Project Manager, and Sub-Contractor were well coordinated and responsive.
