They were assigned to my home by my home warranty company. When they came to our home, we told him the symptoms of our house, not really knowing what was wrong. We thought it was a plumbing issue. We advised him that there was water leaking and a loud noise when we tried to turn on the AC, and that the AC was no longer working also. He diagnosed without actually looking at everything and missed the real issue, the broken fan. I can verify that he never turned on the AC to hear the noise and never opened the compartment that has the issue. He closed the case with my company and never offered to fix the real issue or give us an offer on fixing the real issue. Waste of $125 dollars. The problem is that the company wasted tons of time when I could have been filing another claim and getting my

Needed service on my hvac unit and plumbing issues and was very satisfied with the service and price. Will definitely call them again. Much better than others I have used in the past.

We were air fry'n with broken AC motors on each floor... and four star saved us today! THANK YOU! Wow! So Impressed! Fast! Diligent! Four Star goes out of their way to get it right! When 2 other plumbers gave up on what to do... You solved it all! Thank you Four Star for saving my parents time & money to get their shower fixed without extra construction work.
