Roger and Ryland of Four Star A/C and Plumbing did an outstanding job in taking out and installing a new unit in our condo. Both were very conscious and particular about their work. We have seen jobs in our condo building and this one is far better than all others put together. If you are going to change out your a/c and are using Four Star be sure to request Roger and Ryland. Roger & Joe were fantastic. They came in looking to take care of with compassion. Other than the new equipment I couldn’t tell they had been here. I called for service on Tuesday and they were able install a new unit the next day. I have had great success with Four Star hvac & plumbing services & their techs !!

Absolutely AMAZING experience all around! When I called Four Star the customer service representatives were so informative and I was able to book the call with such ease! Talking to an IN HOUSE LOCAL professional is something I look for in a business. I get so tired of the automated messages, etc. The technicians were beyond patient and helpful when I asked questions. They were so polite and professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and expertise!!!

We had a new A/C unit installed by four star , and we couldn’t be happier with the service! Roger, Carter, and Ryland were the technicians on the job, and they were fantastic from start to finish.
