Four Star Roofing

Rick is the reason we went to 4 star roofing. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. I had a 26 year old.roof, still in good condition but my insurance premiums were skyrocketing. He told me my roof had a couple years on it left, but I made the call to re-roof. He went through every detail, listened offered alternate solutions and was nothing but professional. It felt like I was hiring a good friend. Outcome, couldn't be happier.

Rick and his crew replaced the entire roof on a house we are flipping up in Kingwood. Unlike some of the other roofers, his team was able to replace several areas of rotted trim board as part of thier install saving us the hassle of coordinating getting someone in before them. Responsive and did a good job on the cleanup.

We have used Four Star Roofing for many years. They have replaced the roofs on two of our homes in Kingwood. They do excellent work, work quickly and clean up thoroughly. They have always responded quickly when we have had storm damage. I give them my highest recommendation.

Four Star Roofing replaced my residential roof in 2022. When performing AC repairs in attic this past May, I identified a leak around one of the vents. When I hired Four Star, I stressed the importance of shoring up/sealing the vents since I had another leak around a vent prior to roof replacement. I scheduled a warranty claim in June or July where they were quick to come out and look at roof. The Four Star representative identified the problem and said they would be able to repair it relatively quickly. Well, five months later and they never showed up to complete the repair. I have called numerous times and get the same answer, the roofer will reach out but never does.
