A++! Four Winds Chimney is the gold standard of customer service. The experience was seamless from the start. Nick (Syracuse) provided a thorough, photo-backed estimate, while Sara in the office was incredibly helpful with booking and communication. On-site, Zo and Justin (Albany) were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and proactively went above and beyond at every turn. My husband called 2 different companies for an estimate regarding our current fireplace. Four winds was the only 1 to get back to us to set up an appointment. There customer service is exceptional. Very communicative in many ways. Alan and Nick showed up for my inspection. Alan called me to say he was on his way. They came in and put feet protectors on and put down a tarp around my fireplace to do their investigation. They had a camera and then put all the information on the computer to show us. They were courteous and very friendly. They gave us detailed information and many different choices of what to do. Four winds is very professional in everything they do.

Randel and Collin were amazing! They broke down everything we needed to know about the chimneys. They helped us figure out what we needed and came to a plan to get it done the same day. They are great guys and even better inspectors. We greatly appreciate them helping us be safe in our new home! They both need a raise.

Richard and Kyle were fantastic. The quality of their work was outstanding, our stove is gleaming now, inside and out! Even more impressive was how thorough Richard was. He spent time going over the entire unit to make sure he was comfortable with the safety of the unit and that all of our questions were answered. Tough to find a company that delivers this level of service these days - 5 star all day!

I cannot say enough about Colin and Andrew. They were the most amazing team, polite, thorough, best service provider I have ever had in my home. They explained everything to me in a manner I could understand, allowed me to watch the camera, and even gave my new kitty's some attention! I originally chose Four Winds because Anthony supports the foundation in which I co-founded, the Pancreatic Cancer Association.
