Looks like Google won't let me post more than one review so I'll break it down by the different services. Dec 2024 Water Heater - our home's original water heater started slowly leaking and was due for replacement at almost 15 years old. Jeremy was able to get us on the books despite full schedules at Holbrook. Steve and his helper got us quickly up and running with a new unit half a day earlier than expected. Thanks to everyone for exceptional service. Sept 2024 HVAC- I'm glad I scheduled service with Holbrook! Our technician was Tate. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in his assessment and maintenance. Upon request, Tate was also able to estimate a possible improvement for the side of our home furthest from the HVAC. I had Holbrook come out when my house wasn’t heating after turning my system on. Appointment setup was easy. The technician assigned to the job, Mike, gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, courteous, and answered all my questions as I annoyingly watched him work over his shoulder. He had to deliver some very bad news after diagnosing my issue but was very professional in doing so. He was honest and upfront with me. I have plans to work with Holbrook on a new system install. Mike was excellent and accommodating.

Adam was here for the annual furnace tune-up, he was on time and very personable. See you next spring for the ac tune-up. I highly recommend Holbrook for your heating and air conditioning needs, have been a customer for years.

Our technician Marco was excellent. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned each of mini split heads neatly and thoroughly. He is a tribute to Holbrook and we highly recommend him to anyone he is assigned to work with.

I used Holbrook Heatings emergency service. Justin was fantastic!! He diagnosed the issue right away and promptly fixed it. Although I had to pay extra for the after hours emergency service it was worth every penny. I will now be using Holbrook for my regular furnace servicing. Thanks!
