We were in the process of purchasing a new home, and although the builder had already completed an inspection, we wanted the extra peace of mind to ensure nothing had been overlooked. We decided to hire Nick, and he was phenomenal. After completing the inspection, the results were available almost immediately. That level of responsiveness and customer service truly stood out. He is also reasonably priced.

Nick provided a great service with his experience. He did my pre drywall inspection, and final inspection. He was polite and broke down everything he found during his inspection and what the possible fix could be. His reports are detailed and give a great sense of what's going on with your house.
