We had an incredible experience with Tidds Roofing. From start to finish, Drake and Jeremy were amazing, they went above and beyond for us. They fought hard with the insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be covered was taken care of — something we truly appreciated because it took so much stress off our shoulders. Not only did they advocate for us, but the quality of their work was outstanding. The roof looks amazing, the crew was professional and respectful, and everything was completed efficiently and cleanly. If you’re looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work, I can’t recommend Tidds Roofing enough. Absolutely top-notch service!

We had a large tree fall on our house, damaging the roof, including structural damage to the rafters, as well as damage to interior rooms. Jeremy and his entire team at Tidds Roofing Group were instrumental in the process of advocating for us with our insurance company. They spent countless hours providing detailed information to the insurance company to ensure that we would get full replacement of the damaged areas. It literally took months, but Tidds was there every step of the way. We had originally contacted a number of different roofing companies for assistance, but Tidds was the only company where we felt like they truly cared about our situation. I only leave a review if my experience was awful or amazing. In the case of Tidd's Roofing, it was amazing. Honestly, Jeremy was incredibly helpful through a very challenging insurance claim case. He took the lead and worked with my insurance company and got them to agree to a full replacement, even though they denied the first claim. He didn't have to spend as much time as he did to get the job done, but he did. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was done and I have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend Tidd's Roofing.

Discovering a roof leak (after a recent snowfall), I contacted Tidds Roofing for an inspection to ascertain the cause. Tidds' Drake promptly visited & arranged for a more detailed inspection, which confirmed the issue. Within a few days of this inspection, repairs were satisfactorily completed at a cost that I felt was reasonable & effective.
