I have been a faithful customer of Fox Heating Services for over two years. I switched to them after another company unsuccessfully attempted to fix my furnace multiple times; charging me each time they came back out to try something else. A friend recommended I call Fox Heating. Mason, from Fox Heating, came out and had it working within a few hours. After he finished, he took the time to explain why my furnace was not working properly, what he did to repair it, and showed me how to properly maintain it. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to share his knowledge with me in an easy to understand way. When he handed me the bill for his services the amount was much more reasonable than expected it to be. Mason's high quality work and professionalism made me a loy

We'd been without heat for three days after Thanksgiving. Fox was the only company that picked up their phone, and they asked for info about our furnace and scheduled someone immediately. The expert technician, Mark, was wonderful. He did not give up until he located and solved the problem. (It was a broken wire behind the electrical panel, which he had to dismantle to find.) We were delighted, and will be using Fox for all our routine maintenance and other heating issues from now on. They were very professional as well as responsive.

Fox Heating has always provided exceptional service and delivery since we moved here 6 years ago This is why I was baffled as to why the driver this morning shoveled a path across my lawn to the back door. The fill tube is right where it's always been, right next to the driveway. I have concerns about what the office is telling their drivers.

We had called about a boiler service because we had just bought our home and also mentioned the heat wasn't working upstairs. They sent someone out but refused to do the boiler service, saying we had to have them back another time for this as this was just an "urgent call" (mind you it was early September so there was nothing urgent about the poor upstairs heating at this point). They did a simple bleed and charged us for an hour's work, for which he worked for 15 minutes (and wrote a bill for another 15 minutes). To rectify this they said they could bring somebody out again and give us 10% off another visit. PASS
