Fox Marble

I want to say how very happy we are with the work that was done in our home by Fox Marble employees. I have a 22 year old stone tile shower and bathroom floor that needed refreshing. Dan came from Fox Marble, explained resolutions to the issues, and gave me a written estimate with options the very next day. He responded quickly to my questions, and Natalie was able to schedule a crew to handle the work within a couple of days. Before the scheduled work began, we asked if anything could be done about the unsightly seam between the countertop and the backsplash behind our kitchen counter. Dan said that it would be addressed. Arturo and Hugo worked hard to remove the failing yet unexpectedly hard enhancing penetrating sealer that I had applied many years ago to the stone tile in the bathroo

Fox Marble provided amazing customer service from start to finish. Every person I spoke with throughout the job was super friendly and skilled at their job. Adam, who did the actual restoration was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He respected the work space and transformed our worn out concrete kitchen counters into amazing shape and beauty. When customer service seems to be a lost art, Fox Marble is top notch at what they do and sets a high standard for excellence!

Thomas and his team at Fox Marble did a great job throughout my house. They re-caulked the primary shower to stop leaks and beautifully sanded and sealed the surrounding marble. The biggest job, however, was removing mold from outside slate on our patio, which was dark and unsightly. Now it is bright and smooth and ready for summer! The pricing is high but I hope it lasts a long time.

After we hired a guy to polish our quartz countertops he ruined the and I was so upset, I look for company that can restore them and found Fox Marble but I want to talk about the person who did the job. Eduardo, he is so knowledgeable, respectful and did a great Job, I told him that every time I walk into my kitchen I feel upset seeing my island and he told me no to worry he well do his best to bring me happiness again and he did 👏. he is great he will explain you every step, also the other guy wet my floor and left a lot of dust which I thought was normal, so I was prepared to clean after Eduardo finished but I was surprised how clean he worked, he used disposable shoe cover, no floors were wet and no dust, you can see the before and after pictures. Despite doing one's consumer homework, sometimes the experience is nowhere near what others claimed it to be. Not so with Fox marble. We discovered substantial cracks in two marble pedestals over 30 years old. Dan Lopez answered the call and came over within the week. The proposal followed by nightfall. Natalie as the interface was responsive and complete. Arturo arrived on time and diligently worked virtually all day doing the restoration in an outside area he set up as his workshop. The result was beyond my expectation. A very heavy glass tabletop sits on the pedestals and Arturo had two other employees come over to set the top even though they were not the one's who dismantled it. This is an example of a company that has customer service as a priority and makes no excuses.
