Quentin was so courteous and thorough. He patiently put shoe covers on every time he entered the house so he didn't bring the snow with him and was sweet with our cat too. He called ahead of arrival so I was ready to show him the issues we were having which was a huge help! Fantastic service from a knowledgeable and kind human was a bright spot in my day today. Thanks again Quentin!

Brian was our Tech for the inspection. What a great guy! Very friendly, answered all of our questions. We were telling him we had a problem with bees last year , late summer, we did not realize FOX took care of bees. We do now and will be calling them if the bees come back this summer!!!! For sure!!! Will not hesitate to call FOX or recommend FOX to friends and neighbors. They are great!!!!!

Being a former customer of Trugreen for years and all the problems I had, I was initially very skeptical. When Josh came for the first home inspection, the skepticism immediately left. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and answered every question I had thoroughly. I live on a lake, which has its own challenges when it comes to pests and bugs. This is the first time since we lived here, which is only been a few years that I’m actually excited to be able to enjoy life outside this summer. Thanks Josh!

Andrew M. was our technician today. He was very polite and professional. He let me know he was here before starting to work on the property, which I truly appreciate! He gave a detailed report afterwards complete with a photo of a portion of damaged soffit, explaining that it needs to be repaired in order to keep rodents and bees from gaining access to the home. Andrew was very thorough in his detail to his work and in his report. My husband and I are very pleased with Fox Pest Control.

The service I have received from Fox has been extraordinary when they stepped on my front porch that day introducing themselves and letting me know they were in the neighborhood. It was like a breath of fresh air to me. I welcomed them with open arms. Our home was built on farmland 30 years ago. Made into a nice subdivision. That being said it comes with its little this a that’s of life from outside. Fox to the RESCUE !! Spiders a mice gone. . Josh is my guy wonderful and takes care of, very attentive to my home’s needs inside and out. Explains its needs and exactly what is being done and used. No harm to my animals either.
