I had a great experience from this company the minute I called the customer service. They had someone at my house for inspection within hours. They explained everything and took their time. Their technician follow up visits have been very productive as well. Both techs have been really great so far too! They answer all my questions and phone calls. Since service I have already seen improvements in my home. They are reliable, professional, and really care about their customers. And I speak from experience as someone who has dealt with incompetent companies. Highly recommend Fox!

Everything from start until cancellation was shady. I was pressured by a door to door salesman to get this package that would “cover everything”. When I really needed them, I called about a bee problem. They arranged a service for the bees that initially were outside my home and have now have made it inside. Cancelled due to weather. Then when I called them back to reschedule they sent me someone that day. He calls on his way and said he was told it was for fleas or something very incorrect. He examined the issue and sprayed “something” in my house. The issue got substantially worse in the last few days. I called back for further treatment (that the tech promised me) and the company claimed I was not covered for the service and after a 30 minute call, i was told “I’m not sure why t

My technician Carlos was amazing. Called ahead, thoroughly assessed the situation and handled appropriately. Educated me about the process and informed me of next steps. 10/10 would recommend.
