Fox Valley Clean Air

I called around to other duct cleaning companies before deciding to make an appointment with FVCA. I love that the give you a price over the phone ahead of time. Other companies that I talked to didn’t want to commit to a price. The day I called, Dan said they had a cancellation in their schedule and they showed up within an hour of the call. The team was fast. They don’t take pictures of the ducts before and after like other companies do but they get the job done. I feel like there is a noticeable difference in air quality because my ducts were very dusty. Thank you!

We contacted Fox Valley Clean Air to clean our duct system and clean out our dryer vent. Everything went great, no issues. We cut them a check for the full amount, moved on with the day. We had another contractor at our home to work on our AC unit. He showed us a 9" hole cut into the duct system. He offered to patch it up but we said no, Fox Valley Clean Air did that, they forget, get it patched up. My wife called Fox Valley Clean Air at 230pm the same day and left a voicemail. She called again an hour later and we finally heard back after that message that someone would stop over and get that patch taken care of. 530pm rolls around and no one has showed up. This place is absolutely terrible. Have had a history with them before, but it seems like they possibly delisted their business to wipe their reviews. Will confirm appointments, then not show up and send staff to another job, even after admitting that they did in fact have an appointment confirmed.
