Fox Valley PowerWashing

SCAM!! We recently had Fox Valley Power Washing, owned by Brandon Forbes to our home to power wash. My husband and I work remotely and continued to work while it was done. It didn’t seem to take very long, but then again, we were working. Then we had a knock at our door. We were told the job was completed. My husband wrote out a check and he left. An hour later I left home and noticed it wasn’t clean…at all. Also our gutter was snapped. My husband called and Brandon said he said he’d be over that night to pick up a piece of equipment he left that day. He said his power washer broke “right after he finished.” We were told he’d be back the next week to finish the job and admitted it was inexcusable and he’d do everything to make it right. He never showed. He blocked my husband’s calls/texts

Horrible Service - AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!! Called and scheduled them to come power wash my house, gave them address and received a quoted to wash the entire house. The owners brother showed up and uses my hoses from my house, never put them back when finished, leaves it in a pile on my porch. Steps on my gutter down spout and crushes it, never says anything to me about so I can discover it myself. Only power washes the first level which was still dirty and could wipe the dirt off with your finger. He comes to the door looking for a check after only power washing for couple hours and says he's all done. I asked if he did the whole house and he said "yes". I was busy working my job so didn't get a chance to look at the work and paid the man. Later when finished working go outside to look an

They walked me though the whole process from start to finish. Got me scheduled same week! Quick, efficient and affordable highly recommend

Love the owner down to earth guy. Always willing to get people what they need, I have no more bees coming by my windows because they are clean as a whistle.🙂🙂🙂
