Fox's Carpet Connection

My floors were installed incorrectly. Wood floors without a moisture barrier. The tiles are coming up. My carpets were laid without heating up the house and weren’t stretched properly causing ripples and waves. Making it difficult to vacuum. They aren’t willing to take responsibility even though it’s out warranty.

I called for a quote. They were quick at coming out and doing measurements. I was told I would get a call in a couple days for a price. A week later still no call. I have called multiple times and no one picks up the phone. I have left two messages and no one has called back. This has caused me a setback at getting a home ready for new tenants. Do not recommend. I am now left scrambling to find a new company that doesn’t need to be nagged to take me money.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Fox Carpet Connection. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. They came in to fix some damaged wood flooring, and the repair was flawless. They also installed brand new flooring and carpet throughout other areas of my house. The crews were courteous, diligent, and truly professional. Any small corrections I requested were fixed immediately and without any hassle. The finished result is absolutely stunning and shows their commitment to quality workmanship.

I highly recommend Fox's carpet. George and his crew always do a great job, I've used them for many jobs from Cleaning carpets to installing carpet, & laminate floors, they have even cleaned out my duct work for me. Jen is always so friendly and helpful whenever i call with questions. I have noting but great things to report, hands down the best around.

George Fox and the team at Fox's Carpet Connection are tremendous individuals. The completed the flooring in my home. I was teaching at Kingman High School at the time and one of my former students was a member of the team that completed the install.
