FP Property Restoration

The company started out amazing so the water removal 5 stars the repair and timeliness was a train wreck. Lack of communication sub contractor was horrible would show one day then disappear for 2-3 wks at a time. We were out of our condo for 8 1/2 months for a job that should have only been approximately 2-3 mths If you have a flood great use them. But do not use them for the repair work.

We have used FP Property Restoration twice in the 5 years we have own property in Florida. Both times we called them they have be prompt and efficient in handling our mold mitigation and the repair work they completed in our condo was excellent both times. I would not hesitate calling them again should I need their services.

This company provided us excellent service when our basement flooded while we were away, and out of state. The work they did was professional and well done. They responded to our call in a timely manner, and finished the work while we were away. When we arrived home, the basement was in great condition. Very pleased with this company!

Worse day I could may of had if it wasn't for this company. My hot water heater had busted, we were not home & we came home to a huge mess. Contacted my insurance company & they had FP come out right away. They were here within the hour & started cleaning up my mess. Thankful they were able to save most of my cabinets & even hooked me up with someone to replace the ones that were ruined.

The worst company ever to exist! Completely destroyed my condo in every way possible and never showed up to do repairs. Left it unlivable for months and kept creating more and more damages intentionally instead of fixing what needed to be fixed. Did not clear out all the mold that was needed and had to point out the spots they missed. Cut holes in the wall where there didn't need to be any and overall the worst experience of my life and still dealing with the mess they left.
