Great people, great service!! I had a company accidentally step on the coolant line of my AC unit, which caused it to break and lose all its refrigerant. My AC was completely down. I called everywhere, and no one could come out until the following week. That’s when I reached out to Fraas. They not only responded right away, but actually pulled a technician off another job to get my AC up and running the same day. The communication was fantastic, they were punctual and professional, and the repair was done right. Job well done. Fraas has definitely earned my business going forward!

I had a great experience with Fraas. The process was quicker than I expected from the initial phone call to the inspection and replacement. Kenneth was kind and clear in his recommendations and made suggestions based on what would be best for my home and not just what costs the most. Caleb installed the furnace in one day. He showed up exactly when promised and was done installing and explaining how to use the furnace before 5pm. Kenneth and Caleb were both kind and respectful throughout the process. This is my 2nd year having Frass heating service my boiler and I could not recommend them highly enough. Very polite, communicative, and knowledgeable. Both times they've been here the technicians answered any and all questions I had about my heating system and future cooling aspirations for my house.
