Nofziger Door guys came and installed a garage door opener on one of my doors. They also did some other adjusting for me too. I think they did great work and I couldn't be happier.

Nofziger door appears to strive to have excellent customer service as Kyle the service manager came out for free for the initial inspection, he has very good communication skills and responds to emails promptly. But the installer was in a huge hurry and made some mistakes and the company did not seem to want to own up to the mistakes in a timely manner. The technician was also trying to cut corners by not installing my new sensors that came with garage door but ultimately Kyle made him come back and install them as my old sensors was 20 years old. I reached out to Kyle because the garage door didn't appear to be right when opening and closing and was loud, Kyle said he would be out next week to inspect garage door and garage door opener , I waited for about 2 weeks. Nofziger Door is an awesome company. They always exceed my expectations in their customer service and their attention to my problems. They have never let me down. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a company that delivers on what they tell you.

In the camp of those above who said "If I could give zero stars, then I would" I am self employed and cancelled all of my appointments this afternoon for their 12:00 appointment to install a LIFTMASTER opener. Noone showed up, so I called at 12:20. No apology nor any sign of concern about the no show. No show by 1:15 so we called again. Again, not much concern and they said they'd have the installer call to give us an estimated ETA. .... 1:30 with no show, and no return call for TWO of my calls into them, and with me missing work.... I called Quality Doors of Toledo. They are coming out, and not only that, they are $30 cheaper on the same opener!!!!! Certainly, this is Divine Intervention!
