Horrible service. The locksmith replaced my door lock and deadbolt and he stripped the heads of 2 of the bolts out so bad thar I'll never be able to get them back out. I went to fraden lock to talk to the owner Hope and get this... she said that the locksmith is her son and she believes him over me. She has no reason not to believe him. These people do not care about the customer. They're liars and thieves. I took multiple pictures and Hope said.."how do I even know that is your door?" If you use this company just know that if you have an issue, you'll be blamed for it because the owners son can do no wrong.

Excellent online service. I bought a knife on Saturday and it was shipped first thing Monday morning. They answered all my questions and, of course, a fantastic knife arrived without any problems. The product itself is of very good quality.

I ordered a rare Spyderco and had a very pleasant experience. The packaging was excellent, very secure. Shipping quick with no issues. Employee Hope included a Thank You card, candy, gum, pen, and a grip of stickers. As an OG in the EDC community, I can’t express enough gratitude for the extra effort, and thoughts behind the free swag. In a sea of mediocre, Fradon Lock rises above.

Fantastic place to do business with. Came in needing a chip key made and a fob programmed. The employees stayed late to ensure the job was completed same day and the price was much cheaper than the dealership. They earned a lifetime customer.
