Fran perfect Cleaning

I contracted for a move-in cleaning. I did a walk through with Fran before and pointed out specific areas to be cleaned. I made my expectations very clear. I arrived with the moving truck expecting to come to a clean home. Well, it was just wiped down superficially and the floors were dirty. I had to clean the crumbs out of the refrigerator, clean the toilets, wipe down cabinets, and the prior owner’s dog food kibble was still on the floor. The toilets had stains. It was disgusting. Fran had her crew come back out and try again. They apologized for not looking down on the floor or up, apparently they only clean at eye level. When I went into the cabinets, which I specifically pointed out to Fran, I found old waste and used paper plates in the cabinets. Basically, I paid $200 to clean my ow

She quoted $200 and try to change the price didn’t have the proper stuff to clean my house and didn’t do a good job. It was supposed to be a move out clean. I was very clear about what needed to be cleaned not only that she refuse to provide an invoice and she had a nasty attitude and tries to guilt you into paying her more first poor services. Her cleaning services suck do not use her. She is a total rip off and a scam,
