We initially appreciated that the technician came promptly to inspect our boiler for the hydronic heating system and even left us three space heaters. Unfortunately, the service declined significantly from there. The necessary part was not ordered for nearly a week—despite below-zero temperatures—and communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We were given an estimated delivery date, but no one followed up. I had to call multiple times, and even after specifically requesting an update before the end of the day, I never received one. After leaving a message expressing my frustration, I received a call the next morning saying they could complete the repair that day. Had to call your company two times this month. Once for furnace work, and once for severely clogged drain. Both times your people were here fast, worked great, and were very courteous and helpful to me.

We originally called B&D Plumbing to take care of a milkhouse drain issue at the end of June. Kept checking in and kept getting told they’ll call when it’s time. Tried France on 8/5. They were here the same day for a quote and came back the next two days to work on the project. Peter, Neil, Dusty and some others were very professional and worked very hard two days in a row on a messy project. It was very hot but they worked tirelessly to get the project done before the weekend despite some unexpected holdups along the way. I will call France for any future work. Very happy with the work they performed.

Five stars all the way! Started with calling for service on basement waterline problem and even scheduling was fast and easy. Charlie evaluated the issue and at my request recommended course of action. Corrected a long standing incorrect job done by a previous contractor and totally improved my situation with repair and adding outside faucet Impressed with work done and relieved to have such a quality plumber accessible. I had the pleasure of having Peter from France Sales and Service come to fix the leaking bathtub faucet in our brand new house. Even though no businesses in our area had the part necessary to repair our faucet, Peter tried several things to get the faucet to stop dripping while he waited for the ordered part to arrive. When the part arrived the following week Peter called and returned with the new part. He refused to leave until the job was completed. Peter was extremely professional on both of his service calls, putting on and wearing booties over his shoes every time he had to come in to the house. He used a towel to wipe dry any wet surfaces.
