I had my house done, everything but the bedrooms. I’m so happy and satisfied with all the work! Emily was fantastic to work with! The communication was great as well. Nate was a “one man show” and worked his butt off from the rip out to the finished product. Rich came in and removed and installed all the molding and he was also professional about the work. We’ve done 3 different projects with Macco’s over the last year from flooring to backsplash. Not only has the craftsmanship been great, but the customer service and installers are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

It is June 2025, and we wanted to wait a bit to "live in the space" and get the full impact of our new flooring before submitting our review. We were quite satisfied with the sales experience with Paula. However, we were a bit apprehensive about the installation aspect of things. honestly, we were a bit shocked that only one person was sent to install the amount of flooring that was required for our order. However, Brad knocked it out of the park! He did an amazing job, he was very professional, courteous, and we are very satisfied. Thank you, Macco's, for a job well done from start to finish!!

Jessica has been extremely helpful in the planning of our master suite remodel. She has been patient, provides great creative insight, and is also down to earth with honest feedback. She has gone out of her way to find a special tile that we were looking for. The entire staff at Maccos has been friendly and helpful; we can’t wait to see it all finally come together!

Kristin and staff were very helpful and a pleasure to work with! It made our selection of flooring for our kitchen much easier! Kevin, the installer, was a pleasure to work with and did a great job!
