Francisco's Painting

On day 1 of the job, my pergola was pressure washed as part of the prep for painting. No barriers or care was taken to prevent the paint chips from getting sprayed into my yard or into my small koi pond. They did try to pick some up by hand but wasn’t real effective. On day 2 he showed up to finish the prep and stated that since the color I selected was not exactly the same as the original,( slightly darker shade of white) he would have to charge me more because it took more labor to paint it that color. I called bs, he said he did not want to finish the job. I paid him for the little work he did and the paint he had bought and sent him on his way.

I highly recommend Francisco’s Painting, but they do far more than just paint! They are highly skilled craftsmen who are very detail oriented, careful, and efficient. Their prices are reasonable, but their ability to quickly turn ideas into quality deliverables sets them apart from their competitors. Also, you don’t pay a dime until the project is complete. That is someone who stands by their work!!!!

Jose and his crew were always courteous and respectful to us and our home. They were always on time and worked until the job was completed. The price was very reasonable and quality of work was excellent. Any minor defects were noted and corrected to our satisfaction. They cleaned up and left the house in perfect condition. We were very happy with the final result. They painted walls, ceiling stairs, porch decks and most recently kitchen cabinets. Thank you Jose and crew. I recommend them without hesitation.

I was very happy with the quality of work performed by Francisco Painting. They have done 2 very large jobs for us and the result was beautiful! One house was 7500 sq ft and the painted the entire exterior a much darker color, which required 2 coats of paint. The other house was a total renovation inside and out. They painted both the entire interior and exterior in the time promised. They also were very good at repairing drywall to make the job look superb. I would highly recommend Jose.
