Franco and his team completed our mini split installation quickly and professionally. Attention to detail was evident in craftsmanship in regards to unit location, electrical layout, and cleaning during job. I can suggest the crew I had and Franco is pleasant to work with!

Franco installed an a/c unit with ceiling fan. A short time later the fan thermostat stopped working and the fan ran non-stop. I contacted them numerous times about it and my texts and emails were ignored. They agreed at one point to an maintenance appointment to come out and then no-showed. I had to hire an electrician to come out and inspect and fix it mysefl even though it should have been covered under the warranty. He said it was very dangerous as is and that it was very unprofessional job. My experience with them was terrible. I definitely DO not recommend.
