We purchased our home from the previous owners that used this contractor. The equipment came with a letter from the owner: “We want to bring to your attention that preventative maintenance needs to be done on an annual basis for your home heating equipment (boiler). This inspection and service will satisfy the warranty per the manufacturer's standards and will insure the safe operation and efficiency of the equipment. To schedule at appointment please contact Brent Franich, Brian Franich or Steve Franich.” We have been attempting to contact them for almost 7 years now to schedule service and to obviously pay them for their time.
