They coordinated seamlessly with the us, kept the job site clean, and completed the work on schedule. You can immediately tell they take pride in their craftsmanship—the ductwork layout was well thought out, cleanly installed, and clearly designed for efficiency and long-term performance. Great job! Josiah was very nice and totally professional in his approach. I learned my unit didn't have heater backup straps so in temps below freezing, the heat pump freezes and blows cold air so I'm getting an estimate on cost to add heat stripes, but otherwise my 2.5 ton unit is working as it's designed to work. Chock this visit up to a well needed annual inspection.
