I have used Kyle Roberts Plumbing for a couple jobs and have been very happy with their work. They are very professional and show up on time. Their work is very meticulous and clean. We had a new kitchen installed. Our cabinet contractor works with Kyle and recommended him. Kyle was very thorough and helpful on his assessment of our plumbing needs, offering great suggestions. We have an older home with several less than desirable "home" fixes; one of which was a long-term problem that the previous plumber I used never cared to address. And it turned out to be an easy repair. For the first time in 12 years that issue is functioning correctly! I am thrilled because Kyle took his time detailing his assessment, and how the would repairs would be completed. Not to mention the new plumbing fixtures that he recommended. This was not an emergency although they did respond pretty quick since they were in my area. They were here within 30 minutes and gone within 40. I would grade their customer service five stars. They were professional, friendly, and they didn't make a mess. But Lord God $250 is way out of my budget for a clogged kitchen sink.
