We sprung a leak at the well overnight. We waited until 4:30pm for them to come. They wanted to charge $525 for 2 couplers and less than 2 feet of PVC. We replaced the metal fitting that the pipe broke in, the cap, the release valve, and the pressure gage plus all the PVC and fittings for under $100 and it took us, non-plumbers about 45 minutes to do the work ourselves. Don't waste your time with this company. What they wanted to charge for the job-not includ8ng all the extras we did- should be criminal.

I broke my spigot service line on a Saturday afternoon. The break was inside a block wall so I had to shut off service to my house. In just a few hours, Frank Gay Services had a technician at my home, resolved the spigot break, and restored water. Joshua was absolutely excellent. He came out to fix an issue with my electrical panel and was incredibly thorough from start to finish.
