I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. As a Property Manager, I’m never calling vendors for good news — it’s usually urgent issues that need immediate attention. This team continues to impress me every time. They work around your schedule, arrive on time, and consistently deliver quality work. I’ve used them for multiple units I manage, and each time their professionalism and prompt service stand out. Reliable vendors are hard to find in this industry — this company is one of the good ones. Highly recommended.

I’m very disappointed with the electrical work and follow-up service associated with my brand-new home, handed over in July 2024. This contractor worked under Stanley Martin during construction/repairs. Over time, multiple code and safety issues were identified. Some were eventually addressed, but only after repeated complaints. I should not be dealing with repeated electrical defects and safety concerns in a new home. Examples of serious issues I encountered: Fire-hazard conditions including breakers tripping and unsafe wiring concerns. In the garage, the system cannot reliably handle normal use—when turning on a second regular electrical load, the breaker trips, which suggests improper wiring/load planning or installation quality. No light installed in the garage attic, despite this

We contacted them when we had an emergency situation and they were willing to come out and help us that same day. Luckily, we got everything under control and didn’t need them. Because of them offering to be so helpful, we ended up calling them out to completely replace our service box and run new electric to our shed. The quote was spot on and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfect. We have dealt with many contractors before and this company goes out of the way to get the job done. We highly recommend Derrick and Franklin Electrical!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unsafe Electrical Work I regret choosing Stanley Martin for my new build, who chose Franklin electric as sub. The overall quality is the worst I’ve ever seen in a new construction home. The electrical work is a complete disaster — breakers trip constantly, outlets are overloaded (15 amps running 12–16 outlets on a single circuit!), and loose wiring inside the panel. Switch plates are uneven and tilted, and even my smoke alarm randomly shuts off in the middle of the night for no reason. They made dozens of visits just in the first year of the build. Seriously?? This is supposed to be a 2025 build — basic safety and workmanship should be a given, but clearly not with this builder and their subs. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that ac

I am baffled by the five‑star rating this business has received; I wish there were options for fewer than one star. From the outset, reaching anyone by phone proved extremely difficult. My builder recommended their services because they handled the electrical wiring for my new home. My basement is roughly 80 % complete; only one bedroom remains to be framed, requiring two outlets and a single light fixture. When the technician arrived, I clearly explained the scope of work, and he replied, “Sure, my office will call you.” I waited three days, left numerous voicemails, and only after I lodged a complaint with my builder did Franklin Electric respond. They now claim I need ten outlets and five lights—an estimate approaching $3,000. I asked how ten outlets and five lights could possibly fit
