Cannot say enough about Bob. Our water heater broker with a newborn and Bob was prompt and gave us a fair quote and helped us with our home insurance coverage. Came at 9am and was done by 11am and took the old tank with him 100% recommend.

Bob is so amazing, professional, and best of all honest. My pipes froze during the winter storm when it was under 0 degrees with the wind chill, and I couldn’t find a plumber anywhere. Another plumber told me there was nothing they could do to help until the pipes unfroze. Bob called me back promptly when I left a message and said, “I’m really backed up today with the storm, but let me walk you through some ideas over the phone.” He stayed on for over a half hour kindly telling me step by step what to try to unfreeze my pipes. He told us to let him know if it worked and even called back with another idea to try! He truly cared and went above and beyond; he didn’t have to help us and likely saved us from a burst pipe- for no charge! I would recommend Franklin Family Plumbing for any job-

Our bathtub faucet started leaking and was getting worse by the day. Called Bob and explained my issue, and after some quick discussions, we decided the best course of action was to replace the over 30 year old faucet. Bob recommended some possible replacements, and we picked out a nice Moen faucet. Due to my work schedule, I had to wait until that Saturday for Bob to come out. He showed up promptly on time and he went over what had to be done and quoted a fair and reasonable price. The faucet came out great and Bob did a great job with the install and cleaning up when he was done. Not only is Bob a superb plumber, he's also a really nice guy who really knows what he is doing. I will definitely be calling on Bob again and highly recommend him for any plumbing issue you encounter.

This is my first time using Franklin Family Plumbing and they have a customer for life. Bob is amazing, knowledgeable, prompt and most important, he cares about his customers. He installed a new hot water heater for me. We quickly realized there was a manufacturer defect with the thermostat as it wouldn’t light. We immediately called the manufacturer. They gave us the run around, but with Bob’s help, they shipped out a new part. Not only did he stay until they agreed to send the new part, he checked in with me until I received it. You just don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. Bob goes above and beyond for his customers.

Bob is a great plumber and awesome human. He’s extremely timely, communicates quickly, and is very reasonably priced. We have had him come out on a number of occasions to help us fix things around our old house and he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He really goes above and beyond, I’d give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend calling Bob for any of your plumbing needs!!
