Franklin Paving and sealcoating

I called on a Monday and spoke with Frank. He was going to come by to give me a quote the same day. He never showed, called or texted. I waited a couple days and texted the number I was given asking what happened and got no response. I called a week later and spoke to someone explained what happened and at first they were polite and sorry. When I explained that the job was at a house they told me they were short staffed and not doing residential. I asked why was my call taken in the first place when I explained what was needed and I got it hit with a rude look buddy I can only tell you what I know along with attitude. I was offered to have frank call me back but at this point why, already missed my estimate, no communication then rude customer service. I declined and took my business elsew

Franklin Paving and Sealcoats is awesome. They completed the job in a timely matter and they were reasonable. The job they did was definitely worth it, and I would recommend Franklin Paving to any property owner.
