Frank's Air Conditioning

Fredy was my air conditioning technician today. I was told he would be out between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. He was punctual. I called to have my unit serviced because there were signs of leakage on my ceiling and down the back of the house. The unit is located in my attic. Fredy listened to what my concerns were, then looked at everything to assess the problems. He showed me the filter and suggested I replace it. He looked at the pipes on the back of my house and cleared the clog/build-up. I was not charged for anything extra. I signed up for a monthly service plan in order to maintain today's work. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest and an asset to the company. I highly recommend this company and Fredy. NOTE: I received a coupon in the mail and that helped with the price.

Hector came out to provide service to my grandfather’s location and from start to finish, he was professional, kind, and truly caring. Not only did he fix our AC efficiently, but you could also tell he has a genuine heart and it really felt like he put his Christian values into how he treats people, with respect. Had a fantastic outcome with these folks.. they sent thier first agent.. he was pretty knowledgeable but, I was still scratching my head with the outcome and had to call the service manager and we came to an agreement that he sent a second tech that really hit it out of the ballpark!! The tech name Kyle Greer!!! This guy is the best of the best!!! He took the time to listen and checked his work.. Frank this guy is a keeper!!! He should be your head guy for your daily briefings or Supervisor as he went above and beyond and help me understand on my issue..thanks for sending the best of the best!!!
