Very confusing and only delivered half of what was promised. Said would take my old washer. They left it in my living room. Now, if they brought me a bigger washer than mine, but yet not enough room in the truck???? I'm sorry I went to them. She also treated me like she was doing me a favor but not real interested in doing it.

Do not give these people your business. Would not recommend any of their appliances and don’t be fooled by the nice demeanor at the start. This changes quickly! Bought a dryer from them and we had the dryer for two days before it stopped working. Took it back and they repaired it. Took it home dryer worked for one day and quit again. They did agree to replace it but didn’t want to give me a guarantee on the replacement dryer. After arguing with supposed owner they ended up giving the guarantee for 30 days but I ended up getting a newer dryer because every other one had problems. Unfortunately, you’re not able to be refunded otherwise I would have requested a refund.

Please don't give your business to these people. I dropped off my dryer because My dryer was not heating up They said oh yes we can fix it it will be Ready by tomorrow The next day they called me and said your dryer is completely broken it won't turn onn and it's not fixable witch when I drop it off it turned on and everything but was not heating So I said ok I went to pick it up and took it home when I got home I noticed they put a difference power cord that is not mines that caused my dryer not to turn on Long story short it was not my dyer it was my wall plug having issues I fixed it and my dryer is working like new Don't trust them please

I had a bad experience with this person frank, dropped off a washer to get fixed and the same day I called to find out how much and he said 140. and it was the water pump, so I went to pick it up the next day and he said it's the transmission and it cost 220. To fix. So no I refused and they have a bad language barrier now he can barely speak English. Sorry I got mixed up with this place I won't recommend none of my friends or associates to go there. It's a rip off
