Nick came and went above and beyond, explaining everything along the way in terms I could understand, and leaving me with wonderful hot water again. Service was fantastic. Orlando was extremely knowledgeable about hard water, build up in boiler coils and preventative maintenance. Very upfront with pricing and was very fair. Receptionist Melissa was so accommodating and it was the first time in a long time that I felt fully heard and satisfied after making my appointment. My husband and I will be setting up an appt to have a water softener installed. I definitely recommend Franks!

lived in house for 5 years and had multiple people/companies come and always a problem with hot water. Franks came to clean coil (same day called for service) and said some valve was bad, replaced it for $75. Hot water is now too hot, we love it. Great Job.
