Does not offer 24 hour service as advertised. I called yesterday and haven't heard anything back.
Great service, they were prompt, kept me informed and quickly noticed that we had a problem He stayed and my husband helped him fix it , I'm sure he could have changed us more than what it was going to be originally, however he didn't . Thank you, we really appreciate your help!!!
Frank’s sewer service was prompt and expert at fixing our backed up sewer main. Cost was comparable and not a surprise. My only complaint was that we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on a weekend for an emergency. I would recommend and use Frank’s service again.
I highly recommend Frank's. I called from out of town for my elderly father and they were there within an hour and fixed the problem
Frank's was prompt and courtious! Went above and beyond to get our system going again. Also the cheapest rates around.
