I had the pleasure of utilizing Franky's service on my home in Port Orchard. My objective was to level our lot and put down topsoil for a lawn. What I found most important in this project was being able to convey my thoughts to someone who understood what I wanted and deliver without incessant negative responses. Franky went to work with his co-worker and made my vision come to life. There was no "I can't do that" - "it's too wet" - "it's too steep" - "can't get the topsoil delivered" - all the excuses a contractor adds to bump up the price or fails to deliver. I wanted a contractor who provided the estimate and stayed within the parameters without complaining and then deliver. I was also impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed. They did an amazing job on my yard. It had 9 yrs of blackberry growth and they wiped it all out in one day. Cleaned up all of the junk hidden underneath along with a swing set hidden under the blackberry bushes. I am so happy with the job they did that I am having them come back and do some more work on my yard.
