We have had 2 recent projects with Kolton and his crews and are getting ready for a 3rd. We had an unknown water leak in our bathroom and he just finished that. He worked with our insurance adjuster and wouldn’t settle for anything less than what he recommended. We also had an exposed aggregate patio poured and it’s my favorite place to be daily. His concrete crew with Junior was my favorite 😊. Kolton is professional and truly listens to what you want. He is honest with his pricing and timeline. I hired Kolten to fix a waterproof roof balcony that was leaking that a previous contractor messed up. He came in at a fair price and had a well written out estimate. He was very friendly and professional and communicative. All the subs he had working on the project were also very professional and they got the job done in a timely fashion. Would definitely work with him again.

I gotta say, Next Gen did a remarkable job. They are very professional and meticulous in their work. I just wanted a simple job, but they surprised me and went above and beyond.
