I called at 1:15 pm to order mason sand for a pool and they delivered it same day at 2:00 pm the sand was in my backyard. This people are amazing. Great customer service

I called around and Asked if they had screened topsoil they said yes told me the price I sent a friend down who has a truck and trailer to pick it up for me. When it came back. It was filled dirt with rocks, slate, and fuzzy stuff. It was not screened topsoil. I called them to see if they had made a mistake. They said no the owner gave it to me that I could bring it back. Well since it’s on a trailer that has sides there’s no way they could get it back off with the backhoe without wrecking my trailer and the tarp. They will not give me any kind of refund or try to make good for what they’ve wronged me So I paid a crazy amount of money for a pile of fill dirt that I did not need Stay away they rip you off

My experience with Frantz Landscape Product was terrible. We ordered a truck of dirt that we were told in person that it would be delivered on Wednesday, no delivery was made. When we called they acted like they didn't miss the delivery and that both myself & husband didn't hear Wednesday. They stated it was always scheduled for Saturday which was a lie. When they did deliver, they delivered all dirt covered rocks not the dirt we ordered. This pile was left for us to move to its proper place as the delivery man couldn't drop delivery where we needed it. This became a big task since it was ROCKS and not dirt. To make matters worse, while we attempted to move rocks, we found several pieces of material, garbage and 3 extension cords. They used to be a good company with good service whe

Very positive first experience. We placed an order for stone on Saturday afternoon and received our delivery in a timely manner on Monday. Staff in office and delivery driver were both polite and accomodating. Will do business with them again.

I called for prices and how long it would take for delivery, prices were great and I got the delivery the same day. The service was great and the quality of their product speaks for itself. I will definitely be using them for all of my landscape products.
