Amazing service! Becki starts the lineup and really helped with the framing, inside details with Amy were amazing! Kate was there too, as well as Carter, just exceptional service that really makes it, even if there is a small price difference! Loved working with this Team!!

Literally feel like I was turned away for wanting to purchase lumber to redo my privacy fence but its not an entirely bad things because the price per board is like 2-3 times anywhere else. Seems like this is the store for interior designers and rich people building new.

We are remodeling and doing maintenance work on our home in Sterling. Frary Lumber is such great store with wonderful employees very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They have helped us with construction materials, plumbing, electrical, and flooring. They have started advising us on shower and tile work, which is so great to have their expert help as we consider the task. Thank you for your services!

We ordered a new patio door and front door this spring. The patio door came in as expected. The front door was delayed by the manufacturer a couple of months. We paid for the doors in advance. We had to call for status updates. They did not call us ( the customer who paid for the door). They called our contractor who was out of town on vacation. I had to call again to find this out. I set up a delivery time and date with my phone #. Instead they called my wife's # not the one I gave them. Delivered at a different time that was set up previously. Extremely poor communication. We spent thousands of dollars for. Doubt we will order our windows through them.
