They took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot my furnace issues, and made sure that everything was handled properly. Their genuine concern for my comfort and safety was truly appreciated. Their knowledge and expertise were obvious, and they were professional from start to finish. The turnaround with my new furnace installation was very quick and seamless. I highly recommend Fras-Air for all HVAC needs, from routine maintenance to new installations.

We have been with Fras-Air since 2021, and we can't recommend them as a service enough. They are professional and timely, and their service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle did a phenomenal job with our annual service today. He also showed us several things we can do to save money on our water bill that we had no idea were related to the HVAC! We know we will be in good shape with our HVAC for years to come because of him.

The technician, Ray, was on time, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He quickly assessed two plumbing issues and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated his honesty—he told me the toilet repair only required a simple screw and that I wouldn’t be charged for it. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I highly recommend Fras Air!

I contacted Fras Air/General during an HVAC emergency in the middle of the coldest weekend of the year. My wife was pregnant, we had a 2-year-old at home, and our house was freezing. We were in a vulnerable position and needed urgent help. The technician who came out did very little actual diagnostic work. No meaningful disassembly, no real troubleshooting—just surface-level tinkering. Despite this, I was told multiple major components had failed, including the inducer blower assembly and pressure switch, and that my capacitor was “near the end of its life.” I was quoted $3,100 in repairs and strongly pushed toward a $6,200 full system replacement.
