Instead of focusing on just the one problem area, he took the initiative to perform a full inspection of the entire roof. To our surprise, he found two separate spots where branches had punctured the shingles. Jacob immediately sealed both areas on the spot, provided detailed photos of everything he did, and had the repairs fully completed the very next morning. We used Fraser Roofing to replace our worn and leaky roof in 2023. This year we had them clean our gutters and do a soffit/fascia repair. With both jobs they were very professional and honest. What a wonderful experience! We didn't think we needed a new roof, but we had a leak and no one could figure out where it was coming from. Nico was excellent and was a part of the whole process (not just the sales part). We never had a problem that wasn't addressed and the price was much more affordable than we expected.
